Try to talk to a manager or the CEO about a email they sent me claiming i had free spins and comp points,either false advertisements or lies,either way 6 reps would not let me talk to anyone and ended the message.i have screen shots of them all and emails! Very rude and NO SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE PEOPLE.

Springbok likes to play people. The moment you start winning the scamming comes out. They take your money but payout times there is always a issue. Say you have R20 000  and you must play through  R1500 still they took all that money only leave you with less then cash out amount. Total unfair treatment. Then they also tell you that you can't make  a deposit while waiting for a cashout nor play a free bonus while waiting on your cashout you will lose that money. Total rip off. Why give free no deposit bonus . You've already done the cashout so if you play afterwards it shouldn't effect your withdrawal. Stop looking for excuses to rip people off and your casino will have a better review
