I am disappointed with the quality of service at this casino. A pleasant atmosphere and a wide range of games cannot compensate for the slow work of the staff, long queues and unfriendly attitude towards customers. The lack of transparency in the accrual of bonuses and withdrawal of funds is also disappointing. In general, this casino lacks customer focus, which significantly reduces the overall impression. I do not recommend this place for a comfortable game.

I waited over 2 months to get paid I won about 3600 by the time I got paid , witch was only 2 days ago and I won in the 1st week of April.  One thing after another.  Payouts you better have time to  wait for your money.  And there time frames are not true. 

I deposited $30, I won $700..I decided to withdraw $500. Basically slots of Vegas gave me bullsh!t run around. I did everything plus more info more then 1's. Now I haven't heard anything from them. How is this ok? How do they get away with lying, stealing $$?  Where are under cover law enforcement ? Have Slotsofvegas cowards and twisted sisters casinos shut down?

They are A CRAP CASINO. Takes forever to pay and they  wont speak or chat with you unless you are making deposit. GLAD I FOUND out about their shadiness before depositing to them. Rude rep everytime, asked me how am making a big deal about them sending my withdrawal winnings of my No deposit bonus because I have lent made a deposit yet...with! And they flood my email with invites to deposit money, but cant pay me out - pending since Aug. 18. They try every excuse not to pay,so you get tired of waiting and make a deposit so they can get theirs back first. Such bs and total SCAMS!!! BEWARE.
