i won almost 9,000 from silver oak.they took all of my money leaving me at 0.00,and called it a coupon reversal..then they had the nerve to thank me for my loyalty and wished me good luck.at least Damon the customer service rep was polite.i just wonder how many other people they have scammed blaming it on their computer servers and coupon reversals

Have been waiting for a payment since June, escalated and re-escalation numerous times, between Cool Cat and their sister site Royal Ace I am waiting on approximately 10,000., they had no problem taking my money immediately though.

Didnt pay out on a $100 no deposit bonus. Never gave me a reason. Probably because i hadnt made a deposit. But the way i see it, if they are not willing to payout on their promotions i am not giving them a dime of my hard earned money. Plenty of others
