I can only get my winnings by bank transfer. If paying in costs nothing how come it costs so much in fees to get a bank transfer? No transfer costs this much, even in high risk companies like casinos as they are simply making a cash transaction. No bank charges 18% for money into their account.

Same problem. I made a deposit after my free bonus, spent that and used comp points....and won $800.00. Was denied a payout. They said  it was because I used comp points.
