I can only get my winnings by bank transfer. If paying in costs nothing how come it costs so much in fees to get a bank transfer? No transfer costs this much, even in high risk companies like casinos as they are simply making a cash transaction. No bank charges 18% for money into their account.

Same problem. I made a deposit after my free bonus, spent that and used comp points....and won $800.00. Was denied a payout. They said  it was because I used comp points. NO WHERE in the rules and regs does it state you can't use comp points. Why in the hell  would they even offer comp points if you cant use them?
