- N Nathaniel Gurrola They won't pay me my winnings, I had $1.47 left from a free bonus, and it was no longer enough to complete the bet level i was at, so I deposited $214, I then won $6500 but they will only pay me $100 because they claim I won it off of a free bonus. The free bonus could no longer cover my bet, I had to put in $214 of my own money in order to continue betting. No where in their rules does it say that if you deposit money while there is a free bonus active on your account that your deposit would go towards that free bonus' play through requirements. blacklist this casino.Reply

The 3 rd time which was today Feb 13th they tell me my account is on hold because I need to send a picture of my I.D. Why didn't anyone tell me that the first 2 times I contacted them. I'm experiencing the same thing and had 3 different withdrawals ... sent my verification three different times and even talk to a supervisor who said my money would be sent out The following day. I have withdrawn $1800, $8000 and then $5000. The first withdrawalthey are not even recognizing in the second and third withdraw they said they could give me 1000 each. I have put thousands upon thousands of dollars into Lucky Creek and they let me withdraw these big amounts ...but then only pay out a small portion. I even opened a brand new bank account just to get the wire transfer and they could care less.
