I am currently trying to cash out ,BTC withdrawal,and it keeps saying invalid address.i know for a fact the address is valid.so I contacted live support and it's like they're a bunch of little kids just playing around.. they're totally clueless ( or act like it).one told me that the problem was my BTC provider and another told me to Google it and the last one told me she just didn't know what the solution was.i kept saying I'm making a withdrawal,and they kept telling me how to make a deposit. .I believe it is intentional...there's no way a business staff and customer service could be that horrible and no one does anything to correct it .they're trained to be like that .how sad and pathetic...what I don't understand is this: how in the world are they still in business??????who does some one like me complain to?? After winning about 170$, I tried to verify my account and withdraw the winnings. At first, live chat answered my questions and gave me the wrong email to send the documents to. After finding the right email and numerous attempts to send my documents in, I was always getting an error that the host is blocking the emails delivered to them, also the support continued to ignore me and close up the chat immediately after connecting. 3 days later they reversed the withdrawal process and confiscated all my winnings without any reason or email directed to me. Stay away from this casino because it seems like a big scam.

This casino should be banned. They will take your money so quickly. Then they will use every trick in the book to refuse payment. I really think that this is not a result of bad management and a part of their business plan.

So I used a bonus in sign up   And it had no max with draw. So when I finally hit my play through. I was sitting at 1793.61 and I had to give up the bonus of 25 dollars. Well only thing I could do was forfeit the bonus.  And the money.   Asking the live chat. How I can start my withdraw. And asking about the forfeit why it was only thing I can do.  The live chat. When quiet. And I try again.  And again.  Send messages and even got hung up on. They will say out on hold. No one would explain what happen when I hit forfeit. Sent a messaged I'll drop it to a thousand    Even five hundred.  These guys are cons. And I am glad they just free spins because the way they handle shit was shit.  I got pics of the bonus saying I was 100%  complete.  And the money in bonus was 25 and in my withdrawals 1790. But would not let anything but hit forfeit. 

Almost $500 worth of deposits so far, not a single cash out. Ever. You just can’t win.

I had won $100 four weeks ago and still have not been paid I just won $132.03 and was only allowed to take out $100 and they took the rest but I haven’t been able to withdrawal my winnings today and trying to get a hold of anyone online is a freaking joke !!! Won on a free spins bonus so max cash out would have been 100. They wouldn't let me because I had too many bonus in a row. Then why even let us use the bonus if u cant get anything out of it?
