    I used the bonus code 15bonus upon registration and verified my email address but never  received the bonus. Contacted live chat, they said I did not claim the bonus, and wouldn't add it or delete the account and allow me to try again. (Also exact same issue at each of their sister casinos, and support trying to say I didn't add the bonus at registration)           Dont waste your time trying to claim this one, their support seems either careless or incompetent or both.
