Casino extreme is a rip off they will not pay you out your winnings once you go to claim it they will disregard it and tell you it doesn't qualify or make some other reason and will take all your winnings and credit away immediately!! This is the worst online casino out there do not give them your money

I was just taking a moment out of my day to praise extreme casino. The online slots are the funnest games I've encountered and the payouts are real they are fast they are professional and they really do take care of there clientele

The customer service in the live chat is so bad. They are so rude. I can't tell you how many times I waited in the queue just to have the chat closed on me when it was finally my turn. Then, the slots are so tight. And by the time I got through the play through requirements and tried to cashout I found out that they deny cashout of the deposit and bonus amount. I understand them holding the bonus amount, but not the deposit. They may be withdrawal kings and fastest payouts, which I was unable to experience to verify, but because of the terrible customer service I won't be back. I even thanked one of the reps for responding to me and asked him to please not close the chat, but he still closed the chat immediately after. The equivalent of being hung up on. I wish I could share screenshots here.

I've read alot of the good and bad comments on this page and I can relate on both ends to an extent. The good-ive never had a problem getting paid from extreme, brango,yabby,limitless...and I've also made sure I knew the terms. There was one bonus they were offering that confused me a bit in the long run, and that cause my withdrawal to be less than it could have been. It was, if your balance was higher than the maximum cashout allowed when wagering requirements were met, your balance was automatically reduced to the max cashout amount. Well, unless you're paying close attention, which is hard because you dont see what's left for wagering unless you leave a game, you're balance drops to that amount while you just keep on spinning. Then 10-20- hell 100bucks later you look down and you're at 5 bucks for example. Or you get the message you dont have funds for the next spin. I believe anything over the max allowed should be taken upon the withdrawal request. Not sneakily during your play. But, once I understood this rule, I didnt have a problem, as long as I paid attention. Also the comments about the chat, it seems its top-notch for a while then, yes crap for service. Closing chat before questions are answered, and I also believe they've intentionally done things just to piss me off. I expressed how I am reaching out 4 times in a row because before I can get my question or point across, the chat gets closed and I dont want to waist my time, or theirs, respectfully. So what happens, every time I went to chat support, I was greeted immediately then ignored until the chat just timed out. If I was acknowledged any further, they'd say "one moment please" then just leave me hanging. Idk what the hell was going on but I do think theres a few support staff that really dont give a s***. But like I said, top-notch then crap. Crap then top-notch. Overall they've all been good casinos to me. Sometimes not. more than I'd like, not good as in wins. I actually reached out to yabby and voiced my concerns about certain stuff that I noticed during a very long gameplay. Like days long. After voicing these concerns, I'll be nice and call them concerns, I've been booted from there for Life, without the option to ever play there again. I must have touched that blue crab wrong. But we wont go there.

None of the codes I get emailed ever work. I meet the requirements. Support never does anything about it when it's brought to there attention. I've got reason like "for new members only" or "already redeemed". I've spent grands and they wanna give newbie 50 free spins and not returning player of three years ?

The codes never work and they are not clear on restrictions as well as when you go to claim your winnings the ALWAYS take all of it and say that there are rules to it which ARE NOT clearly stated. The rules are rules but I play on tons of casinos and the rules are clear. I clearly won a once in a lifetime win on one spin for $2000 winnings I tried to cash out and was never verified as well as they took all my winnings of over $3000. So all the money I DID deposit was lost as well as all the winnings I won. I had been playing for days on this. It was an EXTREMELY UPSETTING LOSS. DONT USE THIS CASINO!

when I tried to claim this code that I thought I would be entitled to because I deposited a week ago, of cours I was wrong, They said I would have to have deposited three ya 3 times in this one week to claim this code. Also, I won money a week ago and because their progressive slots are not marked, I accidentally played one and they took all of my money I played hours for away. I am filling a complaint because they don't have their progressive slots marked at all in any way.

I really wanted to be able to give this casino a good review. But unfortunately, and especially after talking it the customer "support" I definitely don't think that will be happening. I just signed up for this casino today. I kept hearing about how they have super fast pay out and everything. I'm already a member of multiple other casinos and I'm used to having to wait 3-5 days. I saw that I qualified for a $50 promotion to try it out so I figured why not. Put in my info, verified email, eveverything is good. I go to the promo page and at the very top sits the $50 free play promo that my email and now the website is telling me. I click on it and it tells me I can't use it because it was already redeemed. I just thought I accidentally clicked it twice. I looked at my bank on the site and I still have nothing in it. So I decide to just reach out to support to fix it. The first clown that comes on is Vinny, who tells me just simply I don't qualify for that promotion.... even though my email and the website tells me otherwise. Then he says that a similar person used the promotion. What is that even supposed to mean? Then he copied and pasted over and over again something about they can only give a free credit to one house, one computer, blah blah blah.... but I just signed up!!! I asked for a phone number and he said there is no number. Asked for a supervisor he said there is no supervisor. I asked for someone other than him and he said he is the only one right now but someone else would say the same things. After about the fourth time of him copying and pasting and pissing me off, without even saying something suddenly another name pops up on the screen. Nico. "Hi how can I help you". So now I'm annoyed that he lied about being the only one and he transferred me without mentioning anything. So I calmly try to tell him the situation. He immediately copied and pasted the exact same stuff the other guy did. Now I'm getting more agitated. I didn't want to say anything else to them. I also noticed that Vinny's name was still up at the top along with the other person. So now I think that he is actually doing this on purpose to make me more mad. Then after a couple minutes a lady name came on and asked if she could help. All I said to her is I didn't think she could help and at this point I am fed up with the casino and their customer support and I haven't even played the first game on there yet. Before I could finish that statement she already had the same comments the previous two names had put up, just copied and pasted. I think it is extremely rude and wasteful of one's time if 1) you are putting a promotion that says it is available but it really isn't on the persons promotion page, and 2) you have customer timupport ckowns like the three there I had to deal with today. I haven't played the first game on there yet but i think they reall need to step up their customer support because those three need to just be bagging groceries somewhere.
