    S****. Do not send money if you are playing to win back. They have every excuse to not accept your documents. They asked me to take a wider picture of utility bill. Took a month to get a reason why withdrawal not processed. From it takes 7-10 business days to documents under review to need who knows what else even though my account is verified and valid. Do not send money if you want to win something back.

    I actually do NOT mind if casinos offer a no deposit tryout for their sites but selling this as a huge deposit bonus in false advertising and quality casinos do not do this. Look at the biggest sites in the game offering small deposits that are cashable and you can see this. Bad news guys I'm out.

    I find it odd I can DEPOSIT AS MUCH AS I WANT from the mobile site but CANT WITHDRAW? JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT IF YOU DEPOSIT MONEY HERE. TO ME IF I CAN DEPOSIT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW FROM SAME PLACE SEEMS FAKE , then all the hoops just to leave a message on here too.

    I've been waiting 6 months for a payout, I've called, emailed and chatted, they give one lousy excuse after another. IF I ever get my payout I'll NEVER use them again. Planet 7 is the same, took 2 months for their payouts, had to make calls, emails, chats, etc.
