Two different awards in a short period of time were dangled at me and then pulled.  After hours of giving them the opportunity to try and  let them resolve my issues I received nothing but frustration and cold terse statements of no customer service oriented behavior.  I copied and pasted to them the exact email they dangled at me and all I got was that they have in their written policies the ability to change any offer at any time with no notice and that they were not going to honor the offer they sent me.  I am a penny ante player and they had every opportunity to make amends but were quite cond.  I have not dealt with a company that was this deceptive in their come on to get you to use their product.  I suggest strongly that with all the other providers of services that you look elsewhere.
