Got $625 more close to a month ago. Now waiting on $5,000.Funds have arrived in their wallet, but they have been holding onto it for a while now.No communication is available with them, live support is completely unresponsive. They used to respond to e-mails once in a while, but has been two weeks since any communication from them. Seems like they might not be operating anymore so would wait on depositing until something is figured out.

Seems like nonstopbonus is affiliated with JacksPay somehow. I've received one response to my email with a promise that they'd reach out and look into the allegations / problems but have since stopped responding.

Seems like casino is avoiding me, upon reaching someone on live chat, they immediately leave the room. Taylor is completely ghosting me on Signal, the app we were using to communicate throughout our whole relationship. He has asked me to contact [email protected] for anything regarding withdrawals so I've been doing so. I have not received any response to any of my emails dating back to the 18th of May. I have $9533 in pending withdrawals going back to the 1st of May. Last one being 4th of May. At this point, I'm not being told otherwise so I'm assuming they're withholding my withdrawals for reasons unknown to me. I have asked multiple times if I have violated any TOS or bonused abused to which was answered that I have not nor have I bonus abused because I don't use "bonuses". I have screenshot evidence of this just to cover my bases. In my emails I've been asking for any form of update so I don't have to come to these conclusions on my own, but I've heard absolutely nothing back.

Update.Taylor has reached out and said that going forward if my wagering was low like it was the past month, then going forward the withdrawal limits would be slashed / and payouts not expedited. He has sent me proof of my wagering which was 600k and one for 29k not sure which picture corresponds to a month or if it was by a weekly thing. My prior month or two months before I had wagered nearly 14 million and to my knowledge have lost a significant amount of money. Hence I played a lot more conservatively the following months to try to recoup some of the funds.I have told Taylor to relay to management that I would be more conscientious about my wagering going forward. I have checked their BTC wallet that I've been receiving funds from, and it doesn't seem like I'm the only one not getting paid. There seems to be two things that could be happening, they truly are experiencing having processor issues, or they're not paying out. I'm not sure they only have one wallet, but checking the dates on the transaction, not too many people are getting paid at all.Again this is SPECULATION and NOT A FACT. I have tried reaching out to their management team via EMAIL like Taylor told me to and to be patient "even if they don't respond in the first hour you email them" , but haven't received a response in 3 days. Taylor has asked me to confirm which email they should be expecting and I confirmed that. Taylor has said that it would be a long weekend because in Canada they have a federal holiday this weekend, so I'm assuming I won't hear anything until Tuesday. At this point, what I'd like from the management at JacksPay is more clear and available communication, Taylor is trying to reroute me to you guys but when I attempt to do so, there is radio silence. I'd like to know a timeframe for my remaining withdrawals, so I can hopefully get back to normal and playing. As someone who has deposited and wagered a significant amount with your guys' casino and is being ghosted like this, I fear to imagine how the casual player would be treated. Hope I can update this soon with a more cheerful update. Thank you.

Update. My own VIP host is starting to make it seem like he is distancing himself from me, refusing to talk via messaging app that we were using and insisting on talking on live chat. He has asked me to email [email protected] for updates when I have told him that they have not responded in 3 days.He has priorly suggested leaving reviews to make myself heard by management and I asked him if there would be repercussions for doing so. He replied that there would not be. Upon messaging today, he has said that going forward my withdrawal limit per week was reduced and that it would be by week. Don't know for what other reason my withdrawal limit would be cut, as I haven't played since I've requested the withdrawals. Wouldn't tell me to what my withdrawal limit has been reduced and hurried to leave the chat. Current status is that I'm still waiting on $9033, waiting to hear back for the 3 emails I have sent them, and for an explanation for why my withdrawal limit has been reduced. Will keep updated soon as anyone from JacksPay explains the situation because at the moment, I'm quite losing faith.

After posting on these forums, I got contacted by my VIP host Taylor and was provided with the blockchain link of the transaction regarding the $500.Shortly after, I have successfully received the 500$ that was pending since the 20th of April. Also, in my frustration and anger I did not provide the fact that they did pay me ~ $325 on withdrawals on May 11th. Which was 3 separate transactions of ~ 250 , 50 , 30. Those withdrawal requests were from more recent dates than the 20th.Now if we can get to the 4 remaining withdrawals I can start depositing and play again.Thank you to the team @ JacksPay and thank you @ Taylor for being patient with my daily rage lol.

I'm having trouble reaching anyone in upper management with Jackspay or whoever is in charge of my account. I've been posting in LCB forums and have emailed their support team which was rerouted to upper management, they responded once but then stopped replying. I've had pending withdrawals since the 20th of April, and on 5/17 after a lot of complaining and finally writing a review on LCB, I was told that ONE of my 5 withdrawals has been paid. That withdrawal was 500$. Taylor (my VIP host and the one in charge of live chat) has told me that they've paid out the $500 from April 20th and it shows up as approved on my end when I check my history, but it hasn't showed up in my wallet. I have triple checked my wallet address and the withdrawal address I've provided. I've asked for the transaction link on the blockchain but have not been provided by upper management. Taylor has said that he has asked upper management for the link since 5/17 but said due to a time difference he has not responded. Little backstory with me and Jackspay, I started depositing on 8/29/21, in under a year I've reached over 100,000$ USD in deposits and reached super VIP status and Jacks Inner Circle 3. In return, JacksPay and management have been more than generous with their custom tailored offers. Honestly makes every penny I spent worth it. My frustration currently is that even having reached this status or amount of deposits, I'm having a hard time reaching anyone apart from Taylor and when asking why my payouts are more than 3 weeks delayed, the only response I'm getting is they're having processing issues. JacksPay has given me great custom offers and such but I in turn have wagered a lot with that. 13.8 million wagered in one month. Now the next two months following that was significantly fractions compared to that month, but evening it out, its still more than 4 million wagering a month. Our relationship has always been solid and so far this is the only road bump I've encountered and hopefully the last bump going forward.Getting a little sidetracked now, in response to the post above, I have been able to "request" 20k+ in withdrawals, I have received $13,049 up to date, (13,549$ including the 500$ that was sent on their end, but it is missing currently.) Also, to cover my bases I have asked Taylor over and over if my account was at any risk of being blocked for any reason whether it be "bonus abuse" or for violating any of their terms of service. He has assured me that was not the case and that the issue is with their third party processor NGT. The only reason I even bothered to come on this forum was that it seems like the only way to get upper managements attention is by doing so. I hope that the fact that a member who has reached one of their highest status / tiers has to resort to posting on a casino review forum has some effect moving forward. Anyways, as soon as the 500$ shows up in my wallet, will update. Hope to get this all resolved ASAP.

Well I have a pending withdrawal, my first attempt at withdrawal from jackspay. I have played online casinos for years and was pretty iffy going in to this one. I'm on day 2 of a "pending" withdrawal REQUEST. Every other casino I play online I get my withdrawal within an hour, 2 tops. But... I hope that what I've read above are isolated incidents and I do in fact get my money that is in fact mine. I'll be sure to add what happens over the next days. Wish me luck.

NONSTOPBONUS.COM I'm sorry i've been a big fan of your website for a while now came acros it when i first started my online casino experience, and the amount of help and experience as well as confidence your site gave me to start my own online casino review site has been truly immeasurable and nothing short of life changing for me and my family, and I'll be forever grateful and forever a fan of NONSTOPBONUS.COM... That being said however, my respect for your work in this industry has left me no choice but to call you out for actually going through with naming JACKSPAY.COM as one of your esteemed casino of the months.. smh you dropped the ball on this one brother and I would never accuse you of being "easily bought" in exchange for giving fradulent and scam casinos a rave review and your stamp of approval, but honestly thats what happens when you associate with such outright and deceptive criminal casinos such as JACKSPAY.COM and if you cared about making it right you would delete them from your entire casino asap. I decided to give them a try (had no plan on reviewing them even) after reading your review on them, and they not only refused to pay my winnings off $100 free bonus, they then deleted my account and straight up stole my balance of $1,495 USD. So thanks for that smh. I have never been so blatantly disrespected and scammed by a casino in my 7 years in this business, and I will admit that reading your rave review clouded my judgement and i jumped to their site without due dilligence because of my respect for your research, but that will never happen again so thanks for the silver lining- I mean how could a casino receive your lauded "Casino of the Month" reward when THEY"RE NOT EVEN LICENSED FFS? Ok I think I got my point across I hope you learn from this as much as I did and that you will make the right choice in redacting this casino from your esteemed website, because im telling every casino review/bonus site about the frauds and scammers jackspay.com. Nobody else needs to know you once vouched for them . I forgive you.

apologies i pressed enter not knowing it would send my comment to post before i was done smh. Anyways I was just getting to the good part where JACKS PAY CASINO screwed me over and took my hard earned money. Anyways so the wagering requirements for me to cash out my mere $100 was a total of $799 and when i finally went to the cashier to cash out I had wagered a total of $1280 something dollars, almost TWICE as much as required of me- and having no idea that this would be so important later when JACKS PAY CASINO screwed me. So i completed my wagering, sent in my verification documents, and deposited the $25 dollars in bitcoin that i had to do before cashing out being a new customer who never deposited there before, and finally my withdrawal request processed and it said pending and chat support told me it would take up to 5 days to recieve funds being that it was my first time. Since i had that long to wait and now had $25.50 of my own hard earned money in my account i decided to risk it and play it and long story short my lucky streak continued and i hit some good spins and bonuses and on Sunday night of 2/27/2022 I signed out of Jackspay.com with a pending withdrawal of $100 in my cashier and a balance of about $1,495 USD give or take a few dollars. This money was all made of my initial $25.50 deposit i did not claim a bonus or anything and was able to withdraw funds immediately and that was my plan to do as soon as my $100 deposit finished processing. UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME JACKS PAY CASINO HAD NO PLANS OF ME GETTING ANY OF MY WINNINGS AND HAS NOW STOLEN MY ORIGINAL DEPOSIT OF $25.50 TO TOP IT OFF. I woke up Monday knowing that my 48 hour hold was officially finished and I got on my laptop to log into my account to experience the joy of going to cashier and seeing the Withdrawal status officailly changed from pending to processing, just to find out that my account was locked and wouldnt let me sign in. I messaged chat support to find out that without any prior notice or any effort to remidiate the situation let alone give me a chance to explain myself. Chats support reason when i asked was because of abusing the bonus rule by accepting free spins on sign up and just "barely meeting wagering requirements before cashing out." WTF CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? The free spins had a max cashout of only $100 so to keep wagering would have literally been not only redundant but I would have just risked my winnings for no reward smh. I was irate hearing this but i stayed calm and sent an email to [email protected] asking them to take charge and reinstate my account cuz it must have been an accident because I was not even guilty of the abuse! My wagering requirement was only $799 and i wagered $1,280! almost twice as much! I have pictures of my account history to prove it! Almost $500 more then required of me! There was no way jackspay.com casino could actually say that i "barely met wagering requirements" right?? Well i just got an email back from [email protected] and thats exactly what they told me. Said they are keeping my account closed and not reopening it and thats final. I asked about a refund of my $25.50 they stole from me and after the one email Saturday 03/28/2022 they have refused to reply to any of the multiple emails i have sent. I have been playing casinos online for 5 years now and through horrible experiences of trial and error when i first started, i am now an expert at almost all the terms and conditions for every type of online casino there is.. AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS TYPE OF BONUS RULE REGARDING WAGERING WINNINGS MORE THAN WHAT THE CASINO REQUIRED. Especially when the bonus has a max cashout of only $100. I was told that these bonuses were more for getting a chance to test out the casino before depositing rather than winning money, and thats why they made the rule about wagering. But if thats true why even have the bonus cashable in the first place? And why is there still an option to play FREE MODE instead of REAL MONEY MODE on every single slot they have? Point blank as of right now after everything i've gone through with JACKSPAY.COM casino and how they responded, I can only assume that they use this stupid and decieving bonus "rule" as nothing more than a way to keep them from having to pay out LEGAL and HONEST withdrawal requests so they can continue to protect their bottom line and rake in profits- AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS like myself and who knows how many other hard working, honest people just trying to change their lives for the better. Throughout the process of withdrawing my $100 from the free spins, i utilized jackpays live chat support multiple times and was always responded to within a couple minutes and helped by the friendliest support professionals. I asked two different agents if my withdrawal looked good-as in did they think I completed all the requirements to get my request accepted and both told me with complete confidence that I had nothing to worry about. But I dont think it was a coincidence that everything was going fine and great the beginning of my WD request, because that was before my good luck with spins started and before I had $1,480 in my balance. I also dont think its a coincidence that they did not let me withdraw my $1480 winnings LET ALONE MY INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $25.50 and suddenly quit responding to my emails alotgether once i started to ask for my money. It is clear they're using the same tactics as the big evil greedy corporations in USA do, using the bonus wagering rule as a tactic to decieve, scam and ultimately steal from customers who have made withdrawal requests that they dont want to pay. Its bad enough you deleted my account and voided my $100 winnings over not wagering enough when IT WAS YOUR CASINO WHO SET MY WAGERING REQUIREMENT AT $799 AND I COMPLETED IT PLUS WAGERED 60% MORE yet that is still somehow "barely meeting bonus requirements" to you. The fact that you're now refusing to reply to my emails about my winnings of $1480 USD made off my own real money deposit and no bonus funds tells me JACKSPAY.COM casino is nothing more than another scam casino not be trusted and that you got away with stealing money from a customer again, but im not going to make it easy. I spent over an hour writing this novel and am committed to posting it on every single casino review site and business review site that i find, and trust me I know of hundreds of them. Idk if i have any legal options to take here in the USA but I am calling my lawer after this to inquire about that and will follow every avenue i can if thats an option. If i happent to finally get a reply in the near near future that your casino agrees to pay me the $1480 USD winnings i won 100% fairly and honestly then I 100% agree to stay away from your site and casino, remove every negative review, post, and legal action i said or took against jackspay.com casino, and I will leave a positive review of my experience. Trust me it is the far wiser and less damaging choice between the two.

Jesse I know what you're feeling JACKS PAY CASINO just did me even worse. I signed up through a promotion that offered me 25 free spins on sign up and played the spins won like 13 bucks. I looked in my account and saw the max cash out for winnings was $100 and i had a wagering requirement of $799. I hit a hot streak on my spins and after a couple hours I finally finished the wagering requirements 100% and $799. At this point once you finish wagering requirements on a no deposit free spin bonus there is absolutely NO POINT IN CONTINUING TO WAGER because the max cash out is only $100 so you're spinning for no reason and would be better playing demo/free mode ( which every casino including jackspay has btw). HOWEVER, being the spin junkie I am I can never stop myself from playing extra spins even though ive finished wagering requirements, so i kept playing and WAGERED ANOTHER $480 MORE DOLLARS AFTER COMPLETING THE $799 REQUIRED OF ME.

Stay away... I finally won something after a few deposits and when I tried to withdraw they de-activated my account. Stole my withdrawals and my current balance... reasoning was ... "barely met rollover requirement"

Not at all professional. They are actually AVAILABLE 16 Hours a day, NOT 24/7, Hard to get in touch unless waiting until the next afternoon fo remail response is attentive enough. Was able to chat with an agent 1 time (but other times no luck), My husband and I signed up a new account spoke to agent about claiming deposit promos agent informed only 1 of us could use promo (was no problem, was expected) reason for asking. I played after making first deposit played it all out. made a second deposit with a deposit bonus, 500% !!! Of course the wagering was EXTREME ,50% BUT WAS DEFINITELY WINNING !! My husband also made a deposit didnt claim a match bonus, etc. He didnt wager or play any of it, playing in different casino at the time. Went to bed got up next morning to continue on my winnings triple times max cash out and BOOM BOTH OUR ACCOUNTS LOCKED, So basically we both lost all 3 deposits long story short sent email, someone, mgr sent a return email that both of us couldnt have an account. we did chat and verify when opening accounts (most dont allow a couple of them we play at do allow us both, only 1 uses deposit bonuses) we play in several and this was by for the ABSOLUTE WORST SO IF OFFERED AN INSANE DEPOSIT MATCH I ADVISE TO STAY FAR AWAY FYI READ ALL T AND C'S , ABOUT , BANKING, ETC SEEMED OKAY, Had a specific game was looking for. And best of all, NO LICENSE, NOTHING ! STAY FAR FROM THIS CASINO
