I tried to make a with drawl when I realized that they do not withdrawal to the united states. So 2 days after this started I contacted help and told them this and said I understand I cant be paid on winnings and could I please have my deposit back. I was told to complete the KYC be 3 different reps. It took from Nov 16th to Dec 4th to get everything verified and after jumping threw all the hoops they just closed my account and quit replying! If I would of lost my deposit I would understand but I think its shady for customer service to imply the use of vpn to play then to keep my deposit when I won. In the mean time I had a friend sign up and lay this exact situation out to customer service in wich the told him to use the vpn as well and he replied but I cant cash out to the united states though? They replied back if something like this happens they would have to close the account and refund the deposit back to the original wallet. After all KYC was completed I received and email on December 4th asking me to upload a selfie holding my id, so I did, they have since closed my account and haven't replied via email! Also I have all emails and screen shots of my conversations and my friends along with screenshots of winnings and balances in my accounts for proof of everything I have stated!

    Actually Anthony this is the "5 viewer" streamer you are reffering to. I never agreed to a 0 dollar withdrawal and as shown in this IMGUR post with all the photos pertaining to the conversations about the "deal" and my dealings with the owner and "affiliate staff". SO i can rightfully call a scam. Full disclosure i did finally get paid $500 dollars after lyper took some posts down as they insinuated they wanted him to do from the messages and then after claiming i made $600 and i told them they only sent $500 they did finally send me $100 more instantly when the $500 was not confirmed to be paid for over a week after mentioning when could i withdraw numerous times and here is the link imgur.com/a/ fqvFIz x

      First of all you are not a streamer of our casino. And second the person you are talking about is chairlee (a 5 viewer streamer) with a none withdrawable balance deal. He hit a max win and win 7000USD and ask for money. This was not the deal we made with him. So stop accusing us of scam.
